------=_NextPart_000_0057_01C831F8.11B23040--Hi folks -
Still have a couple pieces for sale that I am no longer using:
Black A8iT MEC Card $140 - functions perfectly in terms of audio but the
signal LEDs on ch 1 and 2 aren't working. Yours for $140 and shipping.
Black SMPTE card - $75 and shipping.
Please respond here or shoot me an email if you're interested.
Thanks,
JonI'm getting ready to beef up my mobile rig, which means I either
cannibalize my home rig or buy a third EDS card.
My only concerns are that it be:
1) Working, with daughtercard and;
2) As cheap as possible, since I'm a cheap ass.
Anyone?
pabI am selling a complete Paris system (2xEDS, MEC, 2408in, 2408out, C-16,IE442).The
system is working and has no problems.
I'm in Greece but i'll ship worldwide. Shipping cost to the buyer.
I would prefer to sell as a whole, but if needed i'll consider splitting
it up. Asking price is about 1000 usd, 850 euro but please make an offer.
I really love Paris and how it sounds but this is a commercial project and
i had to move on....

I'm selling my PARIS rig and thought I'd try here before Ebay. It's all been
racked in my smoke free home studio and most everything is in like new
condition and great working order unless otherwise noted. All black unless
noted. Prices include shipping to the lower 48 USA. Paypal payment
preferred. Also, if anyone is interested in buying the whole shebang, I'll
discount. I would also sell the Mac dual 1Ghz G4 with version 3.0 PARIS
software and loads of plug-ins that used to run this system if anyone wants
a turnkey system.
I don't get a chance to check the group real often anymore, so contact me by
email if interested or you have questions. Tony at standinghampton dot com.
3 - EDS1000 cards - $225.00 each
1 - 8in card (Blue) - $200.00
1 - MEC (includes power and SCSI cables) - $65.00
1 - MEC (includes power and SCSI cables) - $45.00
I purchased this unit used and it has a couple small scratches on the front.
The fan was also not functioning, but as has been noted here in the group,
it's probably not even need unless you load it up with several cards. It
never got hot and I've never had any problem with it in the three years I've
used it.
1 - 442 (includes SCSI cable) - $50.00
2 - C16's (includes CAT5 cables) - $65.00 each
1 - IF2 - $20.0

32' long 192 channel (12 connector) midi snake. Looks like a Markertec
custom job. Very high quality (Belden or equal-no molded ends). Mint
condition. This has seen studio use only but would make a great stage snake.
It's very heavy duty.
$200.00-OBO
Ensoniq MR Rack. I purchased this from the keyboard player of Firefall. I
hadn't used it in a while and I flipped it on while ago and it shows to be
needing a new battery but other than that, it's good to go and in great
shape. I'm going to unrack it over the weekend and see what I can do about
the battery situation. This thing has some killer patches..........the
Rhodes sounds are worth the price of admission alone. $350.00

Boss DR 5-My first midi module. Purchased in 1995. Works great and is tres
fun. I've got the manual here and also an instructionl video tape (VCR
format)-$100.00
If you want 'em all, let's talk. I'll deal.

If there's no interest over the weekend, they're going up on EBay Worldwide
next week. Seems the Europeans are buying lots of American gear lately.
;o)I just talked to The about the battery replacement. It's a simple soldering
job + and - wires. I'm extremely busy and I'm lowering the price to $275.00.
If I solder in a new battery, I'll probaly end up keeping it.
Lowered the price of the midi snake to $175.00. It's Rapco branded with
Kellums grips and looks like new.

Regards,
DimitriosI'm changing up my methodology around here and have (with a bit of
trepidation since this is so friggin bulletproof) decided to sell my large
cue system. It consists of the following:
1 x Furman HDS-16
Furman HDS16 Headphone/Audio Distribution System | Full Compass
5 x Furman HRM-16 (remote mixer stations)-One of these has a damaged
centronics connector on the back of the unit. It is a $30.00 part and I have
it on order from Furman.
Furman HDS16 Headphone/Audio Distribution System | Full Compass
6 x Furman HRM-CABL25
Furman HDS16 Headphone/Audio Distribution System | Full Compass
1 x Furman HRM-CABL50
FURMAN HRM-CABL50 FIFTY FOOT CABLE FOR USE WITH HRM-16
2 x cable couplers for longer extensions if you need to splice a couple of
the cables together for longer cable runs.
4 x Alesis Wedge remote FX units-I paired one of these with each of 4 x of
the HRM-16 remotes so the musicians can adjust their own FX in the cans. One
of these has an intermittency issue with the power supply. It will stay
powered on with just a little gaffer's tape to hold the plug in the socket
and could probably be fixed with just a little effort.
The fidelity of this system is excellent with adequate headroom to drive 600
ohm cans.
The silkscreening on the some of the remote mixers has been smeared below
the volume pots where they were wiped with a solvent to try to remove
adhesive tape residue or sharpie ink that was used to label the controls.
This, in no way affects the performance of the units and you're going to
want to tape over and label these pots anyway in a tracking session.
I haven't broken the system down yet as I'm waiting for items to arrive
which will allow me to get a new system up and running so I need to keep
this one operational until the end of next week.
The studio is a private facility and I don't advertize by website, but
here's a link to a word.doc that I created that I provide to folks who
inquire about using this place. There are some pics of the system in use.
the .doc is about 12MB so it will take a couple of minutes to open via BB.
Studio_Legend.doc
I want to try to move this as a turnkey system rather than parting it out
right now. The current street price of this system would be around $5000.00.
Asking $2750 for the entire system, plus shipping.
If anyone wants pics of the individual components, I can provide them upon
request.
You are welcome to give me a call to discuss this.

I know a friend has a Magma chassis with PCMCIA card interface for
laptop and she's been thinking about selling it for a while now. I can
get more information (model, number of slots) if you like, and also pass
on your offer.
When you say "no plugins" for the Powercore MKII (that's a PCI version,
right?) - you mean it just comes with the core package and no "extra
cost" plugins, or do you mean no plugins whatsoever?
- KHi,
Thanks for your answer.
The powercore card is a dsp booster for existing powercore owners or you
can buy plugins at extra cost.
It is the pci version the latest model which has 1.5 the power of original
powercore dsp.
Regarding Magma I am lookig for a pc and laptop version.
Thank you

Diitrios

PARIS system MEC rack with 4 in/out; did not take the Control 16; the rack will not work without one
Pair JBL 4410A speakers
Carvin double-neck 12/6-string electric guitar, blonde, 1970s era, 12-string on upper neck. There's a split in the finish behind 12-string headboard opposite the nut
Parker Fly electric guitar, 1990s, dark blue
Marantz CD620 CD Recorder; did not take the remote
Marantz CDR500 CD recorder/duplicator
SSI Products consumer Pro-Logic decoder
Sony consumer cassette deck
Sanyo(?) consumer CD player
More, as we take a complete inventory.
Thanks,

Really sorry to hear about this. Getting robbed is one of the worst feelings

1 Black MEC - missing 2 front and back blank panels, but you will want to
put at least 2 modules in the thing anyway, won't you?
1 442 interface.
1 IF2
1 C16 - This works perfectly BUT the large round knob comes off. That is,
if you actively TAKE it off by pulling it up. It works just fine, is just
not attached to the spindle. If you really wanted to you could glue it, but
unless this is getting moved around a ton it just doesn't matter.....I have the following paris gear for sale all in working order with low hours
on the gear.
2 X EDS-1000 Cards $150 Each +shipping costs
1 X C-16 $25 +shipping costs
2 X Scsi Mec to EDS cables 6ft and 10ft $50 +shipping costs
thanks

All in great shape. How much more black could they be? None. None more
black.Forgot this important little detail: Make an offer on one or more bits of

If you are interested write an email at: scattin(at)gmx.chI love all your revrbs.
Thank you for the predelay plugin !
One thing is that it is too dsp heavy !
Only 6 instances per card !
EDS compressors can be had for 16 instances so maybe I can use one compressor
pugin for just the lookahead working as predelay...
I managed to make all your reverbs available as mono inserts !
I would really love to see a dry/wet mix knob as to be able to take a real
benefit from the insert usage of the reverbs.
This would be mostly needed for Drumplate.
This way you can use a mono version of the reverb at the insert and follow
the panning of the istrument anf freeing the auxes.
1. Is there a way to reduce dsp if the reveb plugins become mono ??
This could free some dsp and there are times ,like snare, where mono reverb
is preffered as to not occupy much stereo space from the mix. In this way
the dry/wet mix knob would be essential
2. A great room reverb is a must for Paris !
The rrom already there cannot compete with "your" new halls and plates !
I would love a great room reverb for an electric guitar.
3. Your drumplate can only be used twice per card as opposed to dp pro hall
which can have four of it !
Is there a way to optimize that perhaps ? Maybe the less predelay would
cure that ?
Thanks for what you are doing for us !!
I will contimue supporting.
Will send more very soon...

DimitriosSorry wrong group.
