the mute tool and it flipped the left hand to mute and unmuted the right
hand so now I had a right hand part. All three of these events (song,
left, right) are on the same track.

On the 2nd midi track I copied all three events so they followed the previous
three. All songs ended up on the tempo120 and tempo90 track. Then using
the oh so wonderful MEAP, I exported voice, and tempo120 at the tempo of
120 (which is what they were recorded at) using the name tracks with BAR
number option. Then I used meap to export the tempo90 track at tempo 90
(changed transport bar) with BAR number option. Now I have all t

What video are you using?
I would try Win 98SE on it. Windows ME might be causes some of the issues.
Have you done any of the (*/ME windows audio tweaks?
