lt I wanted and needed to post this now.Let me preface this
by saying I'm not taking into account Iraq or whatever else you
want to throw here;this is based on what I'm seeing in response
to the tradgedy.

I felt a positive post might be good in all the heated
discussions going on now.Not to say these discussions aren't
needed and can't be productive.I just got a few good vibes
tonight and needed them after feeling so helpless,discouraged,
disappointed etc. for the last 8 days.

I think we all can agree there was a breakdown in the response
to Katrina.Blame this breakdown where you must;federal,state,
local government or the fact this tragedy was too large and
widespread to be handled successfully by anyone at anytime.I know
what I feel,but that is beside the point.

Out of all the things that have gone wrong(and there are many);I
think we can say the one thing that has gone right is the
response of the American

sounds like vintage '77 black gaffer tape.
Especially tape made in Keokuk, Iowa. In June.
