I did some testing and both multi pin cables are good and both MECs get
recognised individually by Card A but neither MEC is recognised individually
by Card B

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Don18/12 is an ADAT module error IIRC. Are you running Paris on Win XP? If so,
do you have more than one ADAT module "per MEC'? If this is the case, this
is the problem. If you've only got one ADAT module, make sure it's in the
MEC attached to Card A.
