ut it was clean. It was on Katella Ave. right
across from Disney and just west of the convention center. It may no longer
be there, they were renovating that whole area last I heard.

Check here:
http://www.roomsaver.com/search_display.php?state=CA&cit y_id=30920

They have convention parking at Disney some times. I've even Parked just
west on Katella just west of the convention center, where the subdivisions
start. On the same side of the street. It's a little bit of a walk, but
it's free; ) There is also short term guest parking at the Hilton, if you
want to go to the after parties for a bit.

Good luck guys. I wish I was going.

James

Dontcha need a pair of them and a pair of NS-10's side-by-side on the
bridge?

pabHey Deej! Read my last post. FYI, LAX is a good hour drive in good traffic
from the convention center. It would cost you upwards of $5

Well, not exactly, but I followed the same process I used for all the tracks
on the "Wayward" CD, and those mp3's are all fine (
http://www.sarahtonin.com/wayward%20back.htm )
I tried converting some other files just as an experiment, and it seems this
distortion only happens on tracks that have the Alesis DM5 drum module, and
it seems like it might be related specifically to the DM5 hi hat hits . . .
but that's crazy. I don't know. I'm still experimenting.

If you want to hear what I'm hearing, I put a couple 14 second snippets of
the mp3 and the original .wav file here:
http://www.sarahtonin.com/music/Survival%20bit.wav
http://www.sarahtonin.com/music/Survival%20bit%201.mp3

Pretty ugly . . .

Anyway . . . thanks DJ, and everyone else for your help.

Sarah

Tap has finally been accepted as a legitimate band.

And that's the Majesty of Rock...

pabI think it was staged for the camera. Where's the cans?

Also, if there was a little mic on the other end, I could almost see it,
but a
big condensor with a pop screen? Anyone would know which end to sing
into, just from watching TV.

of course, you never know...

Yes the aux 1 send is your indivindual drum level for compressed (squashed)
drums and aux2 for dry.
The latency is the same so no phasing here !
There is 2 samples just for using aux and eds compressor gets loaded twice
so no difference in latency here at all.

Dimitrios
