preciate Paris and
it's sheer simplicity. If I was producing rock or pop music here, I'd be
thinking differently I think.

The hoops I have to jump through transferring projects to Cubase SX just so
I can use the UAD-1 and other plugins with no latency take easily as much or
more time than it would take me to manually compensate for delay in Paris.

economy under this
administration. They are educated professional people, they work their asses
off to provide for their families, they are respected in their community and
........oh yeah.........they are African Americans. I could introduce you to
them. After that, if they liked you and you liked them and you got to know
each other then you would know some black people who are not like all of the
black people you know now.

and shit-tons of OT, but not much PARIS. For someone like me who likes to
pop in occasionally and see what the group is up to (and make sure people
are still alive and using this product), it’s a little disheartening.

This board is really the only place that I can go to make sure that this
product is still in use, and still loved by at least a small community. It’s
also the only form of “technical support” left on the planet. It’s especially
sad when you realize that the top brains on this forum could EASILY form
their own company doing something like PARIS, and would have an immediate
client-base at hand.

There’s an idea – instead of bashing the crap out of each other, why don’t
you all pull your resources and start a DAW company – I know everyone on
this forum would be behind that.I can say that I wish I knew someone who is thriving is this economy. The folks
in the upper levels who trhrive on Greed are.
The Music business I used to thrive on is in Shambles and it is not safe
for anybody who wants to make a living to depend on it.It is based on the
greediest of the greedy right now.
you should real

he commissioned
officers delegate the authority to a non-commissioned officer (the seargent)
who implements the orders.

The way out of this is to become a commissioned officer, no matter what
color skin you happen to have been born with. I have had lengthy discussions
with a number of my contemporaries, some black, some hispanic, some white
about how things have been and the way things are evolving in this country.
I don't have time to post this right now but if you're interested in
continuing this discussion, I would be too. It's a discussion that needs to
be engaged and you have made some good points. If we do this, I would like
to try to keep it as objective as possible. Perhaps move it to the general
group. There is much to discuss and learn.
