>Hey DJ,
Are you planning to run UAD-1s via FXT? I know people have asked about it,
but can't recall anyone doing it yet.
Otherwise, FXT works great. I ran Reaktor with it on an XP1900+ with delay
compensated, no problem. Your XP 3000 should do nicely. It does take
longer to load FXT-based plugins - at first it's a bit unnerving - just
extra time to calculate the round trip delay.
I assume you got your midi issues figured out?

Dedric

a dozen of these things have passed into my hands at some point, zero
burnouts. Had good luck with the ADA8000 (got two of 'em), but I got the
earlier runs and understand things weren't so great later. The other stuff
has required either a trash can, a sledge hammer or fixes to Behr's famous
"quality control" new out of the box.

Of course, there are much of limitations why for compositions,
recording and MIDI I use Traction. Then I export all waves to Paris for mix
and mixdown. In this point Paris is great.
