So my Distressors aren't supposed to have midi I/O after all?
Damn!!!......and I had the chain saw all warmed up and ready to do the mod.Hey Paul,
Yah, I saw that, bummed me out. The U2 tune put me in such a good place, I
just told my brain just to go on about its business and pretend it was
Madonna that had done the remake. Whoever came up with that "great idea"
oughta be slapped. Adults are such jerks sometimes.
Hope you're well man.

No worries, Apple has a history of supporting past systems for years.
By the time they no longer support universal binary updated versions
that run on PPC, most people will have likely updated their systems for
other reasons. And the universal binary version before that will still
work fine if there's anyone who hasn't.
