>>I've been in the trenches of my first fairly large mix using lots of VST
plugins routed through Paris.....in particular the Lexicon PSP 42, the UAD-1
140, Dreamverb and the absolutely wonderful little DM-1. The DM-i is a
positional delay plugin that is soooo sweet and musical. Not as flexible as
the PSP 42, but the PSP 42 is going to take me a while to get my head around
for the kind of stuff I'm doing in this mix. It's bluegrass and the 42 wants
to make a Moody Blues record out of it. I'm going to have to have a
dicipline session with Mr. 42.
I also learned that I had the mono delays set up incorrectly on the Cubase
send FX. I'll post up some corrections to the routing if anyone is
interested. It's simple stuff and I doubt anyone here is doing much other
than pointing and laughing, but who knows....it might help someone out
someday.
