(859) 635-5762Thanks Aaron for responding I've been out all day just getting back in 8:30pm
eastern time. My IRQs/DMA are as follows.
0 Systems Timer
1 Standard Keyboard
2 Programmable Interrupt Controller
3 Com. Port (Com2)
4 Com. Port (Com1)
5 Ensoniq Scherzo
5 IRQs Hold for PCI Steering
6 Floppy
7 Printer LPT 1
8 System CMOS/real time clock
9 Nvidia Geforce Fx 5200
9 IRQs Hold for PCI Steering
10 Ensoniq Scherzo
10 IRQs Hold for PCI Steering
11 Ensoniq Scherzo
11 VIA Tech 3038 PCI to UBS Universal Host Controller
11 IRQs Hold for PCI Steering
12 PS/2 Compatible Mouse Port
13 Numeric Data Processor
14 Primary IDE Controller (Dual Fifo)
14 VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller
15 Secondary IDE Controller (Dual Fifo)
15 VID Bus Master PCI IDE Controller.
DMA
0 Free
1 Free
2 Standard Floppy
3 Free
4 Direct Memory Access Control
5/6/7 All Free
I only have very basic skills in operating the BIOS setup, but I know how
to get to everything. If anything looks out of place, please advise me on
the changes needed to be made.
I am also getting this message: "Some resources needed for this project are
not available in this configuration".
Thanks Terry T.

with the driver in all cases. Needing to have the right chipset for an esoteric
third party add-on is a mild pain and something that should be known, but
the idea that the Presonus gear doesn't work correctly or has 'bad drivers'
is just bosh. I'm not saying you were implying this, but I've started to
hear/read that in various places.

the RME Acer laptop and the Core 2 Duo Creamware desktop. The NI acoustic
piano probably doesn't sound as good as Giga, but it sounds damn, damn good.
And they've ditched the stupid dongle thing for an online registration and
update/patching system that actually seems to work.
Just a thought. It certainly would let you stay within SX.
