Yeah that would seen to be the easiest solution to me too.
Make sure hat you ae using the newest BIOS,VIA chip set drivers and
Nvidia drivers after you install Windows and run all the Window updates.
Also remove the EDS cards and any non plug and play pci cards before
you install windows. Then install one EDS at a time.
