Hey guys,
I have an older USB 1.1 comp (PIII) that I bought a new
PCI - USB 2.0 card for. Will it ever perform at the 2.0
standard in this older comp? Will I need to download
drivers to allow 2.0 speed? No drivers came with it.

It's a Rosewill RC 103 5 port card.
