Absolutely - I generally don't fall for psycho acoustics, and closing my
eyes and listening proved it. It's either there or it isn't. I was just
giving the "Samplitude sounds better" crowd the benefit of the doubt. I
also usually don't lend credence to such claims until I hear it for myself,
but it can't be "I think it sounds better" - for me it needs to be - "the
highs sound smoother for certain, and the lows are more detailed, with
audible A/B examples". That siad, there is value in perception, and if one
DAW gives the user a better feeling about the audio, workflow or enjoyment
factor, then it's worth considering as a preferred choice.
