ff I was asking about, Neil was right. !/2 of the I/O
just basically disappears........but under the hood, if you are splitting
out an ADAT module to 4 x stereo pair using an ARM ADI 4-DD unit, then when
you switch to 88.2KHz, I/O 3 & 4 merge with 1 & 2 and I/O 7 & 8 merge with 5
& 6, so basically the way doublewire reconfigures itself to sample rates
above 48KHz is as follows:
ADAT I/O 1
channels 1 & 3 combine to create channel 1
channels 2 & 4 combine to create channel 2
channels 5 & 7 combine to create channel 3
