Mackie, we didn't have any new products this time around, because our new
stuff didn't make it out of the Chinese factory and on the boat in time for
the show, but we have this dandy press release! Don't worry, we probably
have a price increase announcement before the end of the show or something.
We figured we'd rest on out laurels and ride on our name for the rest of
the show, and make a big deal out of being in business for 20 years.

>I'm of mixed mind on those. They do work well, and they look pro. On the
other hand, they're far more expensive, they mainly suit 90 degree angle
corners (my space has more of an arched ceiling) and I don't particularly
*like* that look myself. I decided to go with built-ins, but it will come
down to your budget and tastes.

I'll buy it just because...but nothing compelling here. You still can't
even organize your vst plug ins and I'm betting Media Bay is still confusing

I've got the full 3.2 version and the plugin here. The ability to revoice
chords will probably make for some interesting mashups. You know you can
output any blob in Melodyne3 to midi, right? You decide that P-Bass ain't
working......just end it to Trilogy and turn it into whatever you want. Looks
like Cubase 5 is going to have this same functionality. You can't have an EQ folder, you end up with 2, one for VST3's and one for
VST2. I don't think this has been fixed yet either. I hope it has.

>Ted, according to Mike Bloomer the Melodyne plug will not work in Paris? I'm
not sure what platform he is on. Not sure whether to get the full version or
cre8. I'm wondering if the full version will work via the Melodyne Bridge
with Paris in XP.
