ink that
they have been over played, that they had their fair time on the radio and
should move over for new music, that is Ok too.
The term "CRACKER" has many meanings, but in this case it is derogative.
It is a anti white slur, that is black slang for stupid, unintelligent,
dimwitted white people. It is similar to calling somebody a stupid redneck.
In this case it is a slam on the music and anybody that would like it, or
listen to this music, which would be quite a few of us here.

all the music was generated by PowerTracksPro triggering
a Roland Sound Canvas-- pretty ancient technology now,
but what I had available back in 1995.
At the time it was a treat for me to be able to hear
what i could compose for "orchestra." If only
I had had that stuff when I was a student...!

than I ever was with Paris. I was never reliable in Paris land and now I'm
very solid.
JohnHey Brad,
Long time no see. I quit using PARIS a long time ago and just hang around
here to piss off Don. I'm using SX for the rock'n'roll band I'm in (with
a UAD and a Pulsar card for DSP f/x) and Live for most of my own electronica.
All synths and samplers are software save my Prophet 10 which I can't get
rid of.

>Brad Lyons-SweetwaterVery nice first of all. I would add some reverb to a number of things there
to give it more space and dimension. Add some reverb to the third keyboard
(small amount) that comes in, the triangle, the timpani and snare drums.
I think that alone will breath a bunch of life into it.
Pull the timpanis up at the end so they crescendo up.
Pan the triangle to one side and if you have anything else like the triangle,
pan it to the other side.
Post your changes if you decide to make any. This is really nice.

King Crimson-ish.
Here's a good sign: I played it in my studio. A good while later I
walked out to get the mail and found I was whistling the theme. I walked
back in the house and my wife was whistling it too. She did not even
know what it was - she had just overheard it from her area in the house.

>DJ, Keep in mind that the whole gamut of mind altering drugs, from
Ritalin to Prozac to speed are sold both legally and on the street. The
drug companies claim they can't control the flow of their drugs into
illegal channels. That is total BS. Every other industry manages to keep
their goods from being stolen (for the most part). But the drug industry
can't do a darn thing about it...not with all the money they make. The
drugs are only being "stolen" after they have already sold them to
distributors - they aren't being stolen off the factory floor.
