cons, and I picked on you as an example because my browser bar still displays the host monster favicon for your site (hope you don't mind).
At any rate I cut a portion of the image from your header
and created this favicon from it as an example. You can use it if you want or make your own, I used http://www.html-kit.com/favicon/ online favicon generator to make it.
